Recipe
 Serves: 4
Ingredients:
500ml Ginger Punch
½ Cup sugar
½ Cup water
2 ½ Tbs Fresh rosemary leaves
⅛ tsp Black pepper
½ Cup gin
½ Cup sparkling water
¼ Cup lime Juice
Ice Cubes
Preparation:
Make a simple syrup by adding the sugar, water, rosemary leaves and black pepper to a pot and bring to a boil, over medium heat.
Stir until the sugar has dissolved, about 1 minute.
Remove from the heat, and allow to stand, covered, for around 1 hour at room temperature.
Strain through a fine-mesh sieve, pushing down on the rosemary leaves to extract as much liquid as possible.
Refrigerate until ready for use.
Combine the Ginger punch, Lemon Punch, gin, rosemary simple syrup, sparkling water and lime juice in a cocktail shaker.
Add ice cubes and shake until well-chilled.
Strain ¾ cup into each glass.
Serve.
Recipe Notes
Rim your glass with lime juice and ground pepper for that added kick.
Replace the lime juice with Lemon Punch for a slightly less tart taste.
