Carrot Colada Cocktail

Intro & Description

Think of a Thai curry, with carrots and coconut on a cold winters evening. Now imagine having those flavours in a delicious, easy to make drink!

A warm and inviting flavour fusion, perfect for a Winter’s evening.

 

Recipe

 Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 250ml Carrot Punch

  • 250ml White rum

  • 250ml Coconut water

  • 250ml Coconut rum

  • 250ml Orange juice

  • 4 Baby carrots, halved, for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Add roughly 65ml (¼) of the white rum, coconut rum, carrot punch, coconut water and orange juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

  2. Shake well.

  3. Strain the drink into an ice-filled highball glass.

  4. Garnish with the halved baby carrots.

  5. Enjoy! 

 

Recipe Notes

For a spicy combination, add a jalapeño pepper. The heat and tangy brightness of the jalapeño pepper pairs perfectly and will bring the heat you need for a Winter evening.

Add the ice to a blender and add to the mixture for a frozen variation.
