¼ Teaspoon ground turmeric (or substitute for cinnamon)
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Add more carrot juice or almond milk if required.
Divide between two glasses.

Recipe Notes
This smoothie can be frozen for up to one month and is best when drunk fresh.
Taste and adjust your flavors as needed, adding more banana or pineapple for sweetness, lemon for acidity, ginger for bite, and turmeric for warmth.
A very ripe banana will give you a much sweeter smoothie.
Freezing your fruit before hand will give you the thickness in this smoothie. Not freezing will cause your smoothie to have a more runny consistency.
