Carrot Margarita
Intro & Description
This carrot margarita is the perfect Easter Cocktail! Although, it’s so delicious and refreshing, it can be drunk all year round! It’s brightly coloured and packed with fresh juice, to make you feel a little less guilty.
A super fresh, zingy take on the classic margarita!
Recipe
 Serves: 2
Ingredients:
250ml BWG Carrot Punch
60ml Blanco Tequila
15ml Orange Liqueur
Juice from 1 small lime freshly squeezed
Preparation:
Prepare two whiskey tumblers with a salt rim and fill them up with ice.
Add all of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled.
Strain into the prepared glasses and garnish with a leafy carrot stalk.
Recipe Notes
If you aren’t much of a tequila person, you can easily make a carrot cocktail using vodka.
Swap the lime juice out for lemon juice, or some BWG Lemon Punch.
Leave out the tequila and orange liqueur and add some ginger liqueur and a dash of bitters and you have a Carrot Moscow Mule.
