Carrot-Clementine Agua Fresca

Agua fresca recipes make for a cool companion for any Mexican meal. Made with fresh clementines, carrot punch, fresh lime, and more, this fresca drink also makes for a lovely mocktail option for your next happy hour.
A refreshing recipe that will give you just the right boost of vitamins A and C.
Recipe
 Serves: 8
Ingredients:
1L BWG Carrot Punch
6 Clementines or tangerines, peeled, seeded, and chopped
3 Cups cold water
2 Tablespoons lime juice
2 Tablespoons honey (Additional Honey optional)
Ice cubes
Clementine slices
Preparation:
In a blender combine about one-third of the chopped clementines, and 1 cup of the water.
Cover and blend until smooth.
Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher or large glass jar.
Discard solids.
Repeat twice.
Add Carrot Punch.
Stir lime juice and the 2 tablespoons honey into strained juice mixture.
Serve over ice.
Garnish with clementine slices.
Recipe Notes
If desired, serve with additional honey.
Switch the clementines for kumquats for a truly unique twist on this recipe.
Use less water if you would prefer a slightly thicker consistency.
