Creative Carrot Cocktail
Intro & Description
Pairing gin with fresh carrot punch, lemon punch, ginger liqueur and orange bitters makes for a flavour sensation. Sipping it is like grazing in a garden, only boozier and much tastier.
A true flavour sensation.
Recipe
 Serves: 2
Ingredients:
250ml BWG Carrot Punch
125ml BWG Lemon Juice
45ml London Dry Gin
15ml Mastiha Liqueur
15ml Ginger Liqueur
1 Tablespoon Honey Syrup
2 dashes or Orange Bitters
Preparation:
Add all of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with some ice.
Shake for 20 - 30 seconds until ice cold.
Strain into 2 Collins glasses filled with fresh ice.
Garnish with a sliced baby carrot over the rim and a floating pansy flower.
Recipe Notes
Carrots are a natural way to add sweetness to a drink. If you therefore find this drink sweet, omit the honey syrup.
Honey syrup is simply honey with a little water, mixed to a more liquid consistency.
If ginger is not your thing, try using triple sec (orange liqueur for a more citrusy flavour.
