Colourful Carrot Mocktail

This recipe combines the goodness of carrot with pineapple in such a way that it not only makes it more refreshing and tasty but also retains dietary fibers, minerals and vitamins of both the carrot and pineapple. Serve this lip-smacking beverage recipe with a breakfast of your choice and give your body some of the nutrition it needs.
Tangy but mildly sweet.
Recipe
 Serves: 4
Ingredients:
500ml BWG Carrot Punch
250ml BWG Pineapple Punch
250ml Orange juice
2 - 3 Teaspoons honey, to taste
½ Cup Pineapple chunks.
1 Orange, peeled and cut into pieces.
Ice
Preparation:
Place the Carrot Punch, pineapple and orange juices into a pitcher and stir to combine.
Add the honey to taste.
Add pineapple chunks and orange pieces.
Fill the jug with ice, and serve.
Recipe Notes
This non-alcoholic beverage tastes best when served chilled.
Use agave nectar in place of the honey for a vegan alternative.
Use frozen pineapple chunks when blending and have more of a frozen, icy drink. Use frozen pineapple chunks in place of ice blocks, as this will not water down the flavour.
