Bunny Mary
Intro & Description
Carrot punch, cayenne and lemon yes. Tomatoes, no! The Bunny Mary gets its vibrant hue from the carrot punch, spiced up with hot sauce and a salty cayenne pepper rim for the glass.
A slightly sweet and spicy Bloody Mary made with carrot punch instead of tomato juice.
Recipe
 Serves: 2
Ingredients:
250ml BWG Carrot Punch
45ml Aquavit
20ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon Hot Sauce
A pinch of table salt and cayenne pepper
Preparation:
Prepare 2 Collins glasses with a salt and cayenne pepper rim and fill them with ice blocks.
Combine all of the ingredients in a jug and stir until completely mixed.
Pour into the Collins glasses over the ice and let stand for 2 minutes to chill before serving.
Garnish with a parsley sprig.
Recipe Notes
Can substitute the Aquavit for a vodka of your choice.
You could use BWG Lemon Punch as opposed to lemon juice, using more lemon punch, to taste.
Add Worcestershire sauce in place of the hot sauce if you are not keen on the spicy taste in your cocktail.
