Carrot Daiquiri
Intro & Description
The idea behind the Carrot Daiquiri was to expand the horizons of the cocktail. The bright colour and playful appearance make this cocktail extra special. First of all there is the color, thanks to that carrot juice. We think that intense orange appearance makes the drink look tasty on it’s own. But then there’s also rum in it, which makes it amazing.
This daiquiri variation is so good, and amazing to look at.
Recipe
 Serves: 2
Ingredients:
250ml BWG Carrot Punch
45ml White Rum
20ml Falernum Liqueur
1 Tablespoon Simple Syrup
Ice
Preparation:
Combine all of the ingredients into a blender with some ice cubes.
Blend into a smooth puree .
Pour into two hurricane glasses half filled with crushed ice.
Garnish with a sprig of mint lightly dusted with turmeric powder.
Recipe Notes
Replace the simple syrup with honey or maple syrup for a unique sweet twist.
Substitute the rum with vodka if you prefer.
Add more ice for a more frozen type of drink.
