A simple, silky and delicious gin-laced classic with a sour finish. A sipping drink, it’s a citrus blast, with lemon and triple sec conspiring with gin to knock you off your feet. Simply delicious!
She may look delicate, but this is one strong woman.
Recipe
 Serves: 2
Ingredients:
60ml London Dry Gin
30ml Cointreau / Triple-Sec
250ml BWG Lemon Punch
1 egg white / *2 tablespoons aquafaba for vegan alternative
Preparation:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker without any ice.
Shake it up for 20 seconds.
Add a handful of ice blocks.
Shake again for 30 seconds.
Strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
Recipe Notes
If you are adding the egg white (which we would recommend), place it in your shaker with the other ingredients but don’t add ice just yet – give them a shake for about 20 seconds to allow the egg to emulsify and mix in with the other ingredients. This is known as dry shaking. You can then open up the shaker, add ice and shake until cold.
It is best to serve this in a chilled glass.
