Recipe

500ml BWG Pineapple Punch
1 Banana
½ Cup fresh cut pineapple
1 Orange (peeled & segmented)
½ Cup light coconut milk (from a can)
1 Cup ice
Preparation:
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until combined.
Strain if desired.
Serve cold.
Recipe Notes
If you think a few hours ahead before making this cocktail, toss the fresh fruits (pre-chopped) into the freezer for a few hours. Then there’s no need to use ice!!
You can also freeze oranges. Peel the oranges, then section them off and freeze them on a cookie sheet, then store them in a freezer safe bag.
When you peel the orange, make sure to get as much of the skin off as possible so the smoothie is, for lack of a better word….smoother.
