Recipe
 Serves: 2
Ingredients:
250ml BWG Cucumber Punch
75ml Vodka
50ml Lime Cordial
1 Tablespoon simple syrup
200ml Soda Water
Preparation:
Add all of the ingredients except for the soda water to a small jug.
Stir well and leave in the refrigerator for an hour to chill.
Put some crushed ice into 2 whiskey tumblers.
Take out the chilled jug from the refrigerator and add the soda water.
Stir the contents gently for about 5 seconds.
Pour into the glasses and add a slice of cucumber and lime for garnish.
Recipe Notes
If you want to jazz the drink up, try adding a few dashes of orange bitters, lavender bitters or grapefruit bitters. Unlike a regular Vodka Soda, you won’t tire of this drink after a couple of sips.
A little fresh lime juice and a touch of simple syrup is all you need to shake your cucumber vodka into a refreshing Gimlet. Lime and cucumber are a natural match, with the cucumber softening the acidic lime juice and the lime adding brightness to the mellow cucumber. A classic Gimlet is a celebration of citrus, but this one is a brand new, balanced drink.
