Frozen Cucumber and Basil Daiquiri

Intro & Description

This Frozen Cucumber Basil Daiquiri works double time with soothing cucumber and ice. White rum and lime are the best partners for this drink to keep it low calorie and delicious. Both the cucumber and the basil are exhilarating – and add the lime juice and ice? It’s a perfect summer cocktail.

Recipe

 Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 250ml BWG Cucumber Punch

  • 75ml White rum

  • 2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice

  • 10 Basil leaves

  • Ice

Preparation:

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. 

  2. Add 1 cup of ice into the mix and blend until all the ice is crushed. 

  3. Pour the mixture into 2 large martini glasses.

 

Recipe Notes

If you are going to substitute the rum for another spirit, avoid flavored liquors since this cocktail has so many strong flavors already. 

Garnish with some thinly sliced cucumber on top. 

For a thinner consistency, leave out the ice, or just add less to the mixture.
