Watermelon Blueberry Smoothie
Intro & Description
Blueberries are truly magical little berries. Not only do they contain iron, magnesium, and potassium, they also reduce pain, are anti-inflammatory agents and increase the production of dopamine, which is the brain's feel-good chemical.
A thirst-quenching smoothie full of the good stuff.
Recipe
 Serves: 1
Ingredients:
250ml BWG Watermelon Punch
1 Cup frozen blueberries
1 Cup almond milk
2 Teaspoons honey optional
Preparation:
Add all ingredients to blender.
Blend until smooth.
Serve and enjoy!
Recipe Notes
It is a good idea to use frozen blueberries, for a thicker smoothie. If this is not your thing, fresh blueberries will taste just as great with a more liquid texture.
You could add honey to this smoothie for a sweeter palate.
