Naturally sweet and hydrating this ruby colored fusion is perfect for hot summer days! One of the watermelon health benefits is helping our bodies recover after a workout and reducing muscle soreness. And then there is the heart, liver, stamina…. Beets do wonders for our body!

It’s refreshing and full of nutrients.

 

Recipe

 Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1L BWG Watermelon Punch

  • 250ml BWG Beetroot Punch

  • Lemon juice (optional)

  • Mint + Thin Watermelon Wedges to garnish (optional)

Preparation:

  1. Add the Watermelon and Beetroot Punch to a large pitcher.

  2. Taste and add some freshly squeezed lemon juice (optional).

  3. Garnish with mint and watermelon wedge (optional).

  4. Drink right away or store in a sealed jar in your fridge

 

Recipe Notes
