Tequila Pineapple Cocktail

This cocktail shows off the magical combination of pineapple and tequila, along with just a few common bar ingredients to mix it up . Tequila is awesome when mixed up with fruity flavours. The orange liqueur and lime juice are included for balance, and the lemon slice make for a pretty finishing touch.

Recipe

 Serves: 2

Ingredients:

• 250ml Pineapple Punch

• 60ml Tequila

• 30ml Orange liqueur

• Squeeze fresh orange juice

• Orange rind for garnish optional

Preparation:

1. Rub rim of glass with orange wedge and dip in sugar. 

2. Fill glass with ice.  

3. Add half Pineapple Punch, tequila, orange liqueur and orange juice to each glass. 

4. Stir gently.  

5. Add orange rind to the side of the glasses as garnish.  

6. Serve immediately.

Because this tequila cocktail is so straightforward, you want to use the best possible ingredients. It is highly recommended that you squeeze the orange juice fresh yourself, or purchase freshly squeezed orange juice, ready to use.
