This pineapple whiskey sour is a refreshing drink, perfect for any cocktail night. Light, flavourful, an absolute must! The pineapple punch turns a classic whisky sour cocktail into a elegantly light and summery drink.

Recipe

 Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 250ml BWG Pineapple Punch

  • 30ml Lemon juice

  • 60ml Whiskey

  • Ice

  • Lemon slices

Preparation:

  1. Add ice to a cocktail shaker.  

  2. Pour ingredients into shaker. 

  3. Shake until thoroughly chilled.  

  4. Fill two glasses with ice.  

  5. Pour over ice.  

  6. Serve with an optional lemon slice on the side of the glass.  

 

Recipe Notes

You can replace the lemon juice for a more subtle lemon flavour by adding BWG Lemon Punch to this drink.
