Lemon & Lime Mocktail
Intro & Description
There are days where you just can’t drink another glass of water or tea and need to change things up a bit. These mocktails always save the day and are great on a Friday evening, date night or even for social gatherings/holiday parties. They are also awesome in the summer by the pool.
Super refreshing, light and satisfying.
Recipe
 Serves: 2
Ingredients:
250ml Lemon Punch
1 Whole Lime
Lemon slices
Handful fresh mint
1 Cup water (fresh / sparkling)
3 Teaspoon honey or agave nectar (1½ tsp per cup)
Preparation:
Fill two 250ml glasses with crushed ice and add 1½ tsp of honey or agave nectar to the ice.
Cut your limes in half.
Use the juice of half the lime in each glass. (This is tart, so if you are not a fan, you may want to cut this portion to meet your needs).
Once you have added your lime juice, add in your fresh mint and a couple of lemon and lime slices into each glass.
Add 125ml Lemon Punch to each glass.
Add the fresh or sparkling water to fill the rest of the glasses.
Use a spoon and stir the mocktail until the honey or nectar is combined.
Recipe Notes
This recipe is a bit tart, so you may need to add more honey for your taste buds.
Using sparkling water as opposed to regular water will add that slight fizz.
