A non-alcoholic drink with a little sizzle!
Recipe
 Serves: 2
Ingredients:
250ml BWG Lemon Punch
1 Cup apple juice
Soda water
Rind of 1 lemon
Preparation:
Combine apple juice and Lemon Punch
Fill glasses halfway with soda and top off with the juice mixture.
Garnish with a strip of lemon peel.
Recipe Notes
Only make this mocktail when ready to be served, otherwise the drink may lose some of it’s fizz before serving.
Give this drink a unique twist - Add some Lilac syrup for that floral flavour!
Did you know lilacs are edible?! Here’s how to make the Lilac Syrup:
Combine 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, and 1/2 cup lilac flowers (no stem or greens) in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and let it simmer for a couple minutes. Strain out lilacs and let mixture cool before using.
