Serves: 2
Ingredients:
50ml London Dry Gin
125ml BWG Lemon Punch
1 Tablespoon Simple Syrup
125ml Sparkling Wine Brut
Preparation:
Add all ingredients, except for the sparkling wine, into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake well for 15 seconds or until the shaker gets cold.
Strain into 2 champagne flutes and top up with the sparkling wine.
Recipe Notes
Use honey instead of sugar in the simple syrup. The light honey flavor plays beautifully with fresh lemon and herbal gin. Or use vegan sugar instead of honey.
