Cucumber Mojito
Intro & Description
You thought minty mojitos couldn’t get more refreshing… until you add cucumber, that is. It lends some marvelously complimentary, fresh flavor without fighting the mint.
You’ll love this light summer cocktail made with mint, cucumber, rum, club soda and lime.
Recipe
 Serves: 1
Ingredients:
125 BWG Cucumber Punch
5 Mint leaves
45ml White Rum
2 Teaspoons cane sugar
1 Small lime, juiced
Soda Water to top up
Preparation:
Muddle the mint leaves, lime juice, and sugar in a tall glass.
Add a couple of ice blocks and the rum.
Pour in the Cucumber Punch and top up with a splash of soda water.
Serve with a thick colourful straw.
Recipe Notes
Use coconut sugar in your mojito because it’s a touch healthier than refined sugar.
If you want to make a spicy version of this Cucumber Mojito, try adding a few slices of jalapeño while muddling the rest of the ingredients!
You can easily make a mocktail version of this mojito by omitting the rum and adding a little extra soda water.
