Watermelon Mojito Mocktail

This refreshing mojito is prepared using fresh watermelon juice, fresh mint, and lime. The mint and lime blend perfectly with sweet, juicy watermelon, making this a cool, refreshing drink! And, it can easily be turned into an alcoholic drink if you prefer that way.
An amazing way to give a twist to watermelon juice.
Recipe
 Serves: 2
Ingredients:
500ml BWG Watermelon Punch
Juice of 2 limes
1 ½ teaspoons sugar
4 Fresh mint leaves
Crushed ice
Ginger ale
Club soda / Soda Water
Preparation:
In a blender, blend Watermelon Punch, lime juice and 1 teaspoon sugar until mixed completely, and sugar is dissolved.
In the bottom of each glass, muddle 2 mint leaves with ¼ teaspoon sugar.
Add in Watermelon Punch mixture, filling about ½ full.
Add ice, a splash of ginger ale and top with club soda.
Stir to combine.
Garnish with mint sprig and watermelon slice if desired.
Recipe Notes
You could replace the sugar with maple syrup for a halthier alternative.
Traditional mojitos are made with fresh lime juice and this mocktail is no different. For the best results, use freshly squeezed lime juice or cold pressed juice.
