Spicy Watermelon Mint Agua Fresca

Recipe
 Serves: 4
Ingredients:
2 Cups cold water
250ml BWG Watermelon Punch
2 Tablespoons granulated sugar
1 Tablespoon lime juice
¼ Cup mint leaves
½ Jalapeño, roughly chopped
Ice cubes or crushed ice (optional)
Preparation:
Combine all of the ingredients and puree until smooth.
Pour mixture through a strainer into a pitcher, forcing through most of the pulp.
Chill and serve.
Recipe Notes
Adjust the sweetness to your liking depending on the ripeness of the fruit.
Aqua fresca can be stored in an airtight container and chilled for up to 1 day
