Recipe
 Serves: 6
Ingredients:
500ml BWG Froot Punch
1 Green Apple, cored and pitted
4 Fresh tarragon sprigs (½ cup loosely packed leaves), leaves removed and stems discarded
1¼ Cups apple vodka
¾ Cup gin
¼ Cup fresh lemon juice
¼ Cup simple syrup
500ml Sprite
Dash of grenadine
Preparation:
In a food processor, combine the Froot Punch, apple and tarragon.
Add the vodka and gin, and allow to infuse for 10 minutes.
Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher.
Stir in the lemon juice and simple syrup, and chill for 1 hour before serving.
Add the Sprite just before serving.
When serving, add ice to each glass.
Pour in the drink mixture and add a dash of grenadine to each glass.
Recipe Notes
Only add the Sprite once you are ready to serve, otherwise the bubble and sparkle will not be present.
If you are not a fan of sweet drinks, leave out the grenadine in the final step.
You can also add a few rose petals to the top of each glass for that extra special effect.
