Raspberry Lemon Yoghurt Smoothie

This not-too-tart smoothie is a refreshing snack. The sour lemon and raspberries are tamed by adding honey as a sweetener.
Tart and refreshing - the perfect simple summer smoothie!
Recipe
 Serves: 2
Ingredients:
250ml BWG Lemon Punch
1 cup Plain yoghurt
¼ Cup coconut milk
1 Cup frozen raspberries (or fresh)
1 Tablespoon honey
1 Cup crushed ice
Preparation:
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Place in glasses and garnish with a raspberry.
Recipe Notes
Using frozen raspberries will produce a thicker smoothie.
You could also add a banana to this recipe for a more creamy and thicker texture.
