Cucumber Ginger Mint Agua Fresca

Recipe
 Serves: 4
Ingredients:
500ml BWG Cucumber Punch
1 Cup freshly squeezed lime juice (8-10 limes)
⅔ Cup granulated sugar
10 - 15 Fresh mint leaves
1 Piece fresh ginger (2.5cm)
2 Cups Water
Preparation:
Prepare all the ingredients and place in a blender jar.
Add 1 cup water.
Cover and blend until the mixture is very smooth.
Place a sieve over a pitcher.
Pour the agua fresca through the strainer to remove the pulp.
Add the remaining 2 cups water.
Cover and chill until ready to serve.
Recipe Notes
You can serve these as-is or add a splash of lemon-lime soda (Sprite) for a little effervescence and fizz.
You can also turn agua fresca into a perky alcoholic summer cocktail by simply adding a shot of vodka, tequila, or rum.
Add more ice to this to create a more frozen type drink.
