This bright and refreshing orange ginger detox smoothie is filled with bright citrus, fresh ginger punch.
The perfect on-the-go healthy breakfast or snack recipe!
Recipe
 Serves: 1
Ingredients:
250ml BWG Ginger Punch
1 Orange, peeled & segmented
½ Banana
Ice
2 teaspoons Honey, strained or extracted
½ Cup Yogurt, plain, low fat)
Preparation:
Layer orange, banana, ice cubes, honey in the blender
Pour in Ginger Punch
Top with yogurt.
Blend until smooth.
Recipe Notes
Add more ice for desired consistency.
Substitute the yogurt and honey for a vegan friendly alternative.
For a boost of omega-3 fatty acids, protein and fiber, add some whole flaxseeds into the mix.
