Whiskey Beet Cocktail

Ingredients
Muddle the peach and thyme at the bottom of a cocktail shaker then add Beetroot Punch, some ice and the whiskey.
Shake for 15-20 seconds until cold.
Strain into lowball glasses filled with ice.
Fill to the top with tonic water and add a slice of lemon to the rim.
50ml Whiskey
1 Peach pitted and chopped
A few sprigs of thyme
250ml BWG Beetroot Punch
2 Tablespoons simple Syrup
Tonic water - top up
