Whiskey Beet Cocktail

Ingredients

  1. Muddle the peach and thyme at the bottom of a cocktail shaker then add Beetroot Punch, some ice and the whiskey.

  2. Shake for 15-20 seconds until cold.

  3. Strain into lowball glasses filled with ice.

  4. Fill to the top with tonic water and add a slice of lemon to the rim.

  • 50ml Whiskey

  • 1 Peach pitted and chopped

  • A few sprigs of thyme

  • 250ml BWG Beetroot Punch

  • 2 Tablespoons simple Syrup

  • Tonic water - top up
