Tropical Summer Punch

A seasonal punch with a splash of fresh fruit. A festive and easy to throw together drink for all kinds of summer fun, or for any time you want it to feel like summer.
Refreshing, sweet, fruity and moreish.
Recipe
Ingredients:
2L BWG Froot Punch, chilled
½ Fresh pineapple
1 Large mango
250g Punnet strawberries
1.25 Litre bottle dry ginger ale, chilled
1.25 Litre bottle sparkling mineral water, chilled
Ice cubes and fresh mint leaves, to serve
Preparation:
Peel pineapple.
Remove and discard core.
Cut pineapple into small pieces.
Place in a large punch jug or bowl.
Peel mango.
Cut flesh from stone, then cut flesh into small pieces.
Add to jug.
Cut strawberries into thin slices and add to jug.
Refrigerate, covered, until serving.
Just before serving, add Froot Punch, ginger ale, mineral water, ice cubes and mint.
Give everything a light stir and serve.
Recipe Notes
Add some vodka to make this a true punch for the “big kids”.
Omit the pineapple, mango and strawberries, and add orange, grapefruit and lemon to make this a citrus sensation.
