Ingredients:

  • ½ Cup old-fashioned rolled oats

  • 1 Small banana, peeled and broken into 4 pieces

  • 250ml BWG Froot Punch

  • ½ Cup plain unsweetened coconut milk beverage

  • ½ Teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • Kosher salt

  • ¾ Cup frozen unsweetened mango cubes

  • ¾ Cup frozen unsweetened pineapple cubes

  • Fresh pineapple wedges, for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Add the oats to a blender, cover and blend to a fine powder.  

  2. Add 2 ice cubes, banana, coconut milk, vanilla and 1⁄8 teaspoon Kosher salt, cover and blend until smooth. 

  3. Add the mango and pineapple, cover and blend until smooth, at least 1 minute. 

  4. Pour the smoothie into two large chilled glasses and garnish with a pineapple wedge.     

Recipe Notes

For a colder, creamier smoothie, the banana may be frozen before adding to blender with other ingredients.

For a less thick consistency, add more Froots Punch or coconut milk.

Add some lemon juice or zest for a slight tart taste.
