Tropical Carrot Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 250ml BWG Carrot Punch

  • 1 Cup cold coconut water - or regular water

  • 1 Cup frozen strawberries

  • 1 Cup frozen mango chunks

  • 1 Navel orange - peeled and cut into chunks

  • 1 Cup pineapple chunks

  • 2 Tablespoons granulated sugar - optional

Preparation:

  1. Add ingredients to blender and puree until smooth. 

  2. Add a sliced strawberry for garnish. 

Recipe Notes

Depending on the sweetness of your fruits, you may or may not need any sweeteners… You only needed a pinch of sugar for the perfect fresh, sweet taste. Omit if not needed.

You could also add a banana (frozen or not) to this recipe for a thicker, creamier smoothie.

Add more carrot punch if you would prefer a thinner consistency.
