Tooty Frooty Foamy Punch

This mocktail is perfect for warm summer evenings, and  is the perfect drink for spring or any girly occasion!

Ingredients:

  • 500ml BWG Froots Punch

  • 90ml London dry gin

  • 30ml Orange liqueur

  • 2 Tablespoons of fresh lemon juice

  • 1 Egg white

Preparation:

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a dry cocktail shaker (no ice). 

  2. Shake hard for 15 - 20 seconds. 

  3. Now add a cup of ice into the shaker. 

  4. Shake for a further 20 seconds. 

  5. Strain off into 4 martini glasses. 

  6. Add 2 maraschino cherries to each glass for the finishing touch. 

Recipe Notes

Replace the egg white with 2 tablespoons aquafaba for a vegan substitute.

Add some sherbet on top of the foam for a tangy sizzle that no-one would expect.

Omit the Orange liqueur for a less strong punch, but bear in mind that this will alter the taste.
