Ingredients:

  • 125ml Pineapple Punch

  • 1/3 Cup Strawberry Preserves

  • 10 Strawberries (fresh, hulled)

  • 1/4 Cup fresh blueberries

  • 3/4 Cup fresh pineapple chunks

  • 1 Banana (peeled and sliced)

  • 3/4 Cup plain yogurt

Preparation:

  1. Combine preserves, strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, banana, yogurt and Pineapple Punch in blender. 

  2. Cover and process until smooth.  

  3. If necessary, add additional Pineapple Punch to achieve desired consistency.  

  4. Pour into glasses and serve. 

Recipe Notes

The riper the bananas, the sweeter they’ll be. If you see bundles of very ripe bananas on sale at your grocery store, snatch them up. Just peel them, break them into a few chunks, throw them into a Ziplock bag, and that’s your strawberry pineapple banana smoothie stash.
