Ingredients:

  • 500ml BWG Pineapple Punch

  • 1½ Cups fresh baby spinach

  • 2 Bananas

  • 1 Cup cubed fresh or frozen pineapple

  • Crushed ice

Preparation:

  1. In a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth.  

  2. Pour into glasses and serve immediately. 

Recipe Notes

If you don’t have spinach on hand, try another green such as kale.

If you’re looking to add some protein to your smoothie, you can boost it up by adding in chia seeds, hemp seeds, or nuts.

Or if you’re sore from a long run or ride, add a little turmeric root.
