Ingredients:

  • 250ml BWG Beetroot Punch

  • 1 banana (peeled)

  • Juice from 1 lemon

Preparation:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. 

  2. Pour into glass. 

Recipe Notes

Freeze your banana for a thicker, icier smoothie. Adding ice will help you create a thicker consistency as well.

Add a cup of yogurt for a creamier texture and taste.

Add a handful of of your favourite nuts, or even some chia seeds to add some protein to this recipe.
