The rum runner was created in the 1950s at the Tiki Bar of Holiday Isle in Islamorada, Florida. It's a popular tiki cocktail filled with fruits and rum. You can either shake or blend it and no matter how you mix it up, the rum runner's always a delicious drink.

Recipe
Ingredients:
250ml BWG Froots Punch
100ml Freshly squeezed orange juice
30ml White rum
30ml Dark rum
20ml Banana liqueur
20ml Blackberry liqueur or cassis
A dash of grenadine syrup
Preparation:
Add all of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with some ice.
Shake for 30 seconds.
Pour into 2 hurricane glasses.
Add an orange wheel over the rim to garnish.
Recipe Notes
Replace the dark rum with spiced rum or switch to a coconut rum like Malibu instead of pouring light rum for a unique twist on this favourite.
Make this rum runner a frozen drink by pouring the ingredients into a blender with about 3/4 cup of ice. Blend until smooth.
