Ingredients:

  • 250ml BWG Beetroot Punch 

  • ½ Cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 Banana (frozen)

  • 1 Cup frozen strawberries

  • 1 Tablespoon flaxseed meal

  • 1 Teaspoon raw honey

Preparation:

  1. Add the Beetroot Punch, unsweetened almond milk, frozen banana, frozen strawberries, flaxseed meal, and raw honey to a blender. 

  2. Blend everything until it’s very smooth. 

  3. If you’d like, you can also add in some protein powder as an optional extra. 

  4. Serve and enjoy. 

Recipe Notes

Add 1 Scoop of vanilla protein powder for an awesome protein boost. Alternatively, add a handful of your favourite nuts, or chia seeds.

Adding a cup of yogurt will make this smoothie extra smooth and creamy.

Your frozen banana and strawberries will contribute towards the thickness of this smoothie. If you would prefer a less thick consistency, either add these two ingredients unfrozen, or add more beetroot punch or almond milk.
