Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ Cups ice

  • 125ml BWG Pineapple Punch

  • 60ml Coconut cream

  • 50ml White rum

  • 30ml Dark rum

  • Pineapple slices

Preparation:

  1. Put the ice, frozen pineapple, Pineapple Punch, coconut cream, and the white and dark rums into a blender.  

  2. Blend until smooth and frosty. 

  3. Pour the drink into 2 glasses and garnish the rim with pineapple slices.  

Recipe Notes

Replace the ice with frozen pineapple chunks for a more tropical kick.

White rum is traditional, but any kind will do for this recipe.

You can either use full-fat or light coconut milk, your choice.
