On the Beet Cocktail

Intro & Description

These cocktails get their gorgeous pink hue naturally from inherently sweet beetroot punch. Add a little tequila and a kick of ginger and you have yourself a cocktail that you’ll want to make over and over again.

Sweet beetroot mixed with tequila and spicy ginger - Delish!

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Tequila 

  • 75ml BWG Beetroot Punch 

  • 125ml BWG Ginger Punch 

  • Juice from half a lime  

Preparation:

  1. Combine Beetroot Punch, lime juice and tequila in a cocktail shaker with ice. 

  2. Shake for around 20 seconds. 

  3. Strain into a tall tumbler over fresh ice. 

  4. Add a lime wheel or slice to the rim. 

     

Recipe Notes

Substitute the tequila for a gin or vodka for your preferred taste.

Omit the ginger punch if you would like a stronger beetroot flavour.
