Milky Cucumber Strawberry Smoothie

Cool cucumber, sweet strawberries, yummy yogurt and lucious lemon. All you do is blend everything together and you’ve got the most refreshing summer smoothie to enjoy for part of your breakfast, lunch, or as a snack.

Ingredients:

  • 250ml BWG Cucumber Punch

  • 200ml Yogurt

  • 200g Fresh strawberries

  • 1 - 2 Tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 Tablespoons maple syrup

Preparation:

  1. Put everything into the food processor and whizz for a min or two, until all blends smoothly. 

  2. Cool then pour into a glass and enjoy!   

Recipe Notes

 If you want, you can throw in some flax seed meal or chia seeds for a fiber boost.

Add a frozen banana for an even sweeter kick.
