500ml BWG Pineapple Punch
½ Cup frozen mango
½ Cup frozen pineapple
1 Medium banana
Vanilla protein powder (optional)
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Recipe Notes
You could also use fresh pineapple and froze mango, or fresh mango & pineapple with frozen banana. But you want at least one fruit to be frozen.
You could replace the protein powder with a slightly more natural ingredient, such as almonds and chia seeds.
