Ingredients:

  • 500ml BWG Pineapple Punch

  • ½ Cup frozen mango

  • ½ Cup frozen pineapple

  • 1 Medium banana

  • Vanilla protein powder (optional)

Preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Enjoy!  

Recipe Notes

You could also use fresh pineapple and froze mango, or fresh mango & pineapple with frozen banana. But you want at least one fruit to be frozen.

You could replace the protein powder with a slightly more natural ingredient, such as almonds and chia seeds.

Get the party started by making this a healthy, boozy cocktail! Add 1/4 cup of white rum for a piña colada vibe, or even vodka or silver tequila.
