Lemon Smoothie With Peaches

The brightest and tastiest way to begin your day! Giving your body some essential vitamin C, fiber and natural enzymes, how could you not feel amazing? The sweet peaches offset the tart lemon, while the fresh ginger brings out a bit of tang.

Ingredients:

  • 250ml Lemon Punch

  • 1Tbs Honey

  • ±1cm fresh ginger

  • 1 Cup peaches, frozen

  • ½tsp turmeric

Preparation:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender in the order listed.  

  2. Blend on low for 1 minute, then turn to high for another minute, or until completely smooth. 

  3. Pour into two tall glasses. 

  4. Garnish with a slice of lemon or peach and serve.  

  5. Enjoy!    

Recipe Notes

Substitute the honey for maple syrup for a vegan alternative.

Add ice to the blend, for a thicker texture.
