Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup frozen peaches

  • 1/2 Cup frozen pineapple

  • 1/2 Cup frozen mango

  • 125ml BWG Lemon Punch

  • 190ml Unsweetened coconut milk (carton, not canned)

  • 1 Tablespoon freshly grated ginger

  • 1/2 Tablespoon raw honey

  • 2 Tablespoons collagen peptides or vanilla plant-based protein powder of choice

  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

Preparation:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend for 1 minute until completely smooth. 

  2. Add more liquid if you would like a thinner consistency. 

  3. Enjoy immediately.  

Recipe Notes

Add more liquid (Lemon Punch / coconut milk) if you would like a thinner consistency. 

Collagen adds a nice dose of gut-healthy proteins for blood sugar stabilization and to balance out the natural sugars in the smoothie from the fruits! Collagen or plant-based protein powder is a great option! You could also try hemp seeds, almonds or chia seeds.
