Recipe
Ingredients:
250ml BWG Ginger Punch
120ml Irish whiskey
6 lime wedges
Preparation:
Pour the whiskey into two highball glasses equally.
Squeeze the juice from all lime wedges equally between the two galsses, on top of the whiskey.
Fill the glass with ice.
Top with Ginger Punch and stir well.
Serve and enjoy!

Add some tonic or soda water for a fizzy addition.
There are a number of great Irish whiskeys that are perfect for an Irish Ale and there is really no need to mix your best whiskey into this cocktail. Reliable brands will do just fine. If it is your go-to Irish whiskey, then use it in this recipe.
Adding a few squeezes of lime provides just enough acid to help marry the sweet and spicy notes in this cocktail. Fresh lime juice is, as always, recommended because many of the bottled options are either too sweet or too tart and will throw off that perfect balance that you are going for.
