Recipe
Ingredients:
250ml BWG Cucumber Punch
½ Cup blueberries
½ Pineapple
½ Banana
1 Tablespoon flaxmeal
½ Serving / 20g vanilla plant-based protein powder (Optional)
10 Raw almonds
¼ teaspoon ginger (fresh or ground)
Water (if required)
Preparation:
Place all the ingredients in a blender, and mix until smooth.
Enjoy immediately.
Recipe Notes
For a creamier smoothie, use some canned light coconut milk. For a lighter smoothie, use coconut water.
Substitute the plant based protein for chia seeds.
Omit the ginger if you are not keen on the spicy kick that ginger offers.
Freeze some of your fruits if you would prefer a thicker smoothie.
