Ingredients:

  • 250ml BWG Ginger Punch

  • ½ Cup coconut water, or water

  • 2 Green apples, cored and quartered

  • ¼ English cucumber, chopped

  • ½ Bunch flat leaf parsley, leaves only, chopped

  • 1 Medium lemon, peeled and seeded

  • 1 Cup ice cubes

Preparation:

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender, starting with the liquids. 

  2. Blend until smooth. 

  3. Pour into 2 glasses with ice.    

Recipe Notes

Use an English cucumber rather than the regular, it has a thinner skin and less bitter taste. 

For a slightly sweeter smoothie, try adding some honey / agave syrup, or even some ripe banana.
