Recipe
Ingredients:
250ml BWG Ginger Punch
½ Cup coconut water, or water
2 Green apples, cored and quartered
¼ English cucumber, chopped
½ Bunch flat leaf parsley, leaves only, chopped
1 Medium lemon, peeled and seeded
1 Cup ice cubes
Preparation:
Place all the ingredients into a blender, starting with the liquids.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into 2 glasses with ice.
Recipe Notes
Use an English cucumber rather than the regular, it has a thinner skin and less bitter taste.
For a slightly sweeter smoothie, try adding some honey / agave syrup, or even some ripe banana.
