Ginger Gin Punch

Intro & Description

This sparkling punch, with its aromatic mixture of ginger, lemon, and mint, is refreshing and light enough to drink all night.

An aromatic cocktail to highten the senses.

Ingredients:

  • 250ml BWG Ginger Punch  

  • 90ml Gin 

  • Juice of half a lemon 

  • 5ml (1 tsp) caster sugar 

  • Ice cubes 

  • Orange slice to garnish 

  • Mint leaves to garnish 

Preparation:

  1. Place the ice, gin, lemon juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker and shake.  

  2. Strain into two glasses. 

  3. Place a few ice cubes into each glass and top off with Ginger Punch. 

  4. Stir gently and serve immediately. 

Recipe Notes

If you like a sweeter drink you can add more ginger punch to your liking.

You could also serve this cocktail over ice on one of those unseasonably hot days.
