Ginger Banana Smoothie
Intro & Description
The vanilla and coconut help to balance the spiciness of the ginger and boabab, while the hemp seeds add a bit of protein and fiber to give you energy. Then of course, there are the bananas, the perfect base for any smoothie.
This immune boosting smoothie is made without added sugars, super HEALTHY and beyond delicious!
Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Ripe banana
250ml Ginger Punch
1/2 Cup coconut probiotic yogurt
1 Tablespoon hemp seeds
2 Teaspoons baobab powder (optional)
1/2 Teaspoon vanilla extract
Ice cubes
Optional Toppings: hemp seeds, Goji berries, bee pollen
Preparation:
Add all the ingredients into your blender and process until smooth.
Pour in glass and add toppings.
Drink immediately.
Recipe Notes
In order to make this recipe vegan, omit bee pollen.
For a sweeter palate, add a teaspoon or two of honey, maple or simple syrup.
For a thinner consistency, add some water, or more BWG Ginger Punch.
