Frozen Fruit Smoothie

This frozen fruit smoothie is an icy blend of apple juice and frozen blueberries, cherries, raspberries and mango. An easy nutrient packed drink that’s perfect for a hot day. These smoothies are delicious, healthy and the perfect way to use up all those odds and ends of fruit in your freezer!

Ingredients:

  • 250ml BWG Froot Punch

  • ½ Cup apple juice

  • 2 Cups assorted frozen fruit (We used cherries, raspberries, blueberries and mango)

  • ¾ Cup vanilla Greek yogurt

  • Additional fruit and/or mint sprigs for garnish optional

Preparation:

  1. Place the Froot Punch, fruit and yogurt in a blender. 

  2. Blend until completely smooth. 

  3. Pour into 2 glasses.  

  4. Garnish with additional fruit and mint sprigs if desired.   

Recipe Notes

Omit the berries and add orange, grapefruit, and lemon for a more citrus flavoured smoothie.

For a thinner consistency, make sure not all your fruit added is frozen.
