Froots Bellini
Intro & Description
A bellini is an Italian cocktail made with peach puree and Prosecco. It’s similar to a mimosa, but usually uses a nectar or puree, like a mimosa. Our fresh twist takes the hassle out of making this wonderful drink, with unique flavours to be enjoyed by all.

Recipe
Ingredients:
250ml BWG Froots Punch (chilled)
250ml Sparkling white wine (chilled)
Preparation:
Pour Froots Punch into 2 large champagne flutes.
Add half of the sparking wine to each flute to complete.

Recipe Notes
Choosing a flavoured sparkling wine will give off a different flavour to this Bellini.
Use sparkling grape / apple juice for a non-alcoholic alternative.
Puree some berries and add to the froots punch for a more tarty, berry flavour.
Add a tot of brandy for a stronger kick!
Slice a strawberry and add to the side of the glass for garnish.
